Supplier Plug-ins are a simple way to begin seeing differences between suppliers based on environmental data, particularly in the same industry. Because shared environmental data is unique to each business relationship, Supplier Plug-ins are helpful for engaging on strategic programs of reporting and reduction efforts. All financial information remains confidential to both companies.

What You Get
See the carbon or water impact calculations for individual suppliers based on THEIR spend. With their permission, certain results are plugged in to your Answer Pack in new interactive analytics. You'll see the impact of their top selected purchased materials and services, providing an indication of which should be prioritized. You'll also see how the calculated Scope 3 impact compares to other suppliers who participate.
How it Works
First, we guide them through the same process you did to get your Answer Pack. Then, we plug in their environmental impact data into your Answer Pack. Suppose you learn from the analysis in your Answer Pack that your packaging materials suppliers should be prioritized. That insight begs a number of important business questions: Which supplier should I show preference to based on environmental performance? What best practices can be learned and potentially shared with other suppliers? What are the biggest opportunities for improvement? Supplier Plug-ins provide a directional sense of how to begin addressing these questions.
